A note to our friends and family (COVID 19)

Ciao a tutti!

We know that COVID 19 is affecting everyone right now. We want to let each and every one of you know that you are in our hearts as we band together and do our part to flatten the curve. It is our social responsibility to make any and all adjustments needed to maintain the health and safety of those around us, and around the globe.

For 13 years, we have built a beautiful, vibrant, community full of generosity. You’ve supported us from the beginning, and it is with heartfelt thanks that we would like to do the same for you. You mean everything to us!

We can’t know what the next few weeks will hold, and we are constantly working to adjust as the news changes. But in the meantime, here are a few things we are doing to better serve you and, most importantly, keep you well stocked in coffee!

Free Portland Delivery!

Starting today, (03/25) we will be launching local deliveries to our Portland customers, free of charge. No need to leave the house!

We will be offering all of our coffee varietals normally available at our caffe. Coffee will be roasted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with delivery on Thursdays and Fridays. We are happy to accommodate “no contact” deliveries as well as grind your beans for you, or leave them whole as you prefer.

Due to the size of our operation, we are unfortunately limited to a 3 mile radius (see map). If you fall outside this radius, we do have other options for you listed below.

Caffe Hours:

As of now (03/25) we are open at the caffe downtown on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8am-12pm. We will have beans for purchase and, of course, drinks to go. We are limited to 2 customers inside at a time, however, if there’s a line, we will happily meet you outside to take orders as best we can.

This may change as we have more news from the state. We will keep up to date information here, as well as our Facebook and Instagram (@spellacaffe).

Online Orders:

No matter how the caffe is affected, we will continue to roast and ship coffee orders normally. We have increased our inventory to ensure that we can meet demand.

Local Vendors:

Along with online sales, we have partnered with a few local businesses to make our beans available around town.

As always Market of Choice will be carrying beans in all locations, as well as serving our coffee in their Portland area stores, and are constantly restocked on Thursdays.

In addition, East Glisan Pizza, Bridgetown Beerhouse, and Devil's Food Catering have all graciously offered to carry retail bags of coffee for purchase, as well as Sunny Day and J Vein Coffee who will also be serving beverages. Please visit their website or give them a call for individual information.

We cannot state enough the level of gratitude we have for all of the supportive thoughts you’ve shared with us. We love hearing from you. Please keep sending and tagging us in your coffee photos, your quarantine routines, all your lovely pet and family pics!
